PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Provided third party commissioning services for the construction of the new Greer Environmental Sciences Center completed by VMDO Architects and Hourigan Construction

  • Organized the commissioning plan, conducted pre-functional and functional equipment testing during construction, reviewed owner training and the operation and maintenance (O&M) manual, and prepared a final commissioning report ensuring any issues in the new building systems were resolved by the completion of the project

  • Sustainability features included  geothermal ground-source HVAC system, solar, and wind power

  • LEED Gold Certified
