PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Repurposed a 1967 academic building which sat unused for 6 years

  • Focus of renovation provided flexible learning spaces including classrooms, seminar spaces, faculty and admin offices, student lounge and study spaces

  • Includes a 200 seat lecture hall

  • HVAC is VRF with decoupled ventilation, designed to utilize the limited space for equipment and ductwork

  • Electrical work included new electric service, generator, and technology updates
