Focus of renovation provided flexible learning spaces including classrooms, seminar spaces, faculty and admin offices, student lounge and study spaces
Includes a 200 seat lecture hall
HVAC is VRF with decoupled ventilation, designed to utilize the limited space for equipment and ductwork
Electrical work included new electric service, generator, and technology updates
