PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Replaced existing variable air volume (VAV) DX/hot water rooftop air-conditioning and air handling/condensing units, including ductwork, piping, and electrical work

  • Replaced existing domestic hot water heater with an instantaneous gas-fired hot water system with associated piping and pumps  

  • Upgraded and modified the automatic temperature control systems to support new units
